4. Use of Donations
IllumiNationsgathering is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service and IllumiNationsgathering is thankful for the generosity of those individuals and organizations who are able to financially support our mission. Unless otherwise designated and accepted for a specified purpose, all donations will be considered to have been made for the general mission of IllumiNationsgathering to be used IllumiNationsgathering’ discretion within our stated religious and charitable objectives.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Fees and Payments
You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes related to any donations or payments made on this website. IllumiNationsgathering, or our third-party payment processor, will authorize the credit card you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the donation, fees, and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to this arrangement.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. It is your responsibility to promptly update all billing information, such as your billing address, card number, and expiration date, to ensure that your account remains accurate and up to date. You authorize IllumiNationsgathering to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card if the card you provided expires.
